The world’s first bean-to-bar chocolatier specialising in white chocolate, crafted by Chocolatier Shunsuke Saegusa.
The open-atelier like shop is themed with white and blue gray, taking inspiration from the colour of white chocolate, and also representing a white canvas for Mr Saegusa to draw his passion and new challenge.
The shop space is placed inside the lab seamlessly, to let guests enjoy the live manufacturing process as if invited to a chocolate factory.
Quality cacao beans are sourced from all over the world, passion of cacao growers, and endless pursuit of bean-to-bar perfection: the shop is designed to express all the aspects of Mr Saegusa’s love for chocolate.
