The bistro "Le Remois,” which had been in operation for 15 years since the opening of Shin-Marunouchi Building, has been transformed into the restaurant “REIMS Yanagidate Marunouchi."

For the core material, we chose plaster and entrusted the skilled hands of plaster artisan Naoki Kusumi.

With the idea of placing cuisine and the plaster work at the forefront, we design the interior and furnishings to achieve a harmonious and understated aesthetic, all while attending to details and materials.

The art-like plaster that adorns the entire wall, coupled with Chef Takeshi Yanagidate's culinary creations and carefully curated tableware, collectively weave a cohesive narrative and the imaginative space.
