Now it is becoming borderless among the space of ‘working’ ,‘housing’ and ‘playing’ especially for the senior age, not within the typical standard, but we focused on the ‘Extraordinary experience’ and ‘Life style’. We adopt the futuristic air conditioning system ‘F-CON’; Healthy, Environment friendly and mind peaceful; world most comfortable system. And we are particular about the lighting, terrace design, planting etc. and could the people to create the best ideas with the best environment.
